REFUND POLICY

At Bottega Divanessa, each piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected to ensure quality and authenticity.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

• be returned in its original packaging

• include any accompanying documentation or materials

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error with the order.

Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
